3. Account Creation & Security
Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on wowph22. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wowph22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account details.

4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered member of wowph22, you agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the system.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or money laundering through the platform.
- Sharing account access with third parties or allowing others to wager using your account.
- Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other users.

wowph22 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Payments & Transactions
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawal amounts on wowph22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Members are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. wowph22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to verification procedures. wowph22 does not guarantee same-day processing. wowph22 does not guarantee any return on wagers. All gaming outcomes are subject to chance, and members should never deposit funds they cannot afford to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
wowph22 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowph22 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to safeguard their credentials.
- Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
- Losses resulting from wagers placed during a period of technical error, unless a specific remedy is confirmed in writing by wowph22 support.
Account Suspension and Closure: wowph22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation poses a legal or compliance risk. 7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the wowph22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and code — is the property of wowph22 or its licensed content providers. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Services: The platform may integrate with third-party game providers and payment processors. wowph22 is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third parties. Members interacting with third-party services do so at their own discretion.
